Rohan Agarwal filed complaint against Paytm on Nov 12, 2018
We Booked ** tickets via Paytm and at first our Bus got cancelled and then their executive after too much hassle transferred out tickets to another Bus.
But the bus arrived *½ hour late and the bus driver came drunk with completely broken Bus.
Paytm after that assured us that they'll send our money back but later on they sent cashback for * tickets and for rest * tickets they said to us that our case is closed.
And the incident happened on **-**-****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
