On Paytm I purchased bond Street black formal shoes but due to fitting issues I return product back but I didn't receive refund amount back and the Paytm team asked my account details to refund amount back but till the date I didn't get amount,that is my issue.
Now I will explain my struggle, how Paytm team responded on this issue.
I waiting for refund but for * days I didn't get any,so tried calling to great Paytm customer service seriously you won't believe no representative answer my call. After that I messaged to Paytm team this time they responded and asked bank account details to refund but no use I didn't get my account back till the date.
First they said it takes ** days and then next *days ,again **days like this they extended the date till now.
This Paytm team increased my mental tension. It's not * rupee to leave.
This is my last try to get my amount back
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
