Urban Company Bangalore - did wrong installation of ac and not taking responsibility

We did Ac installation a week before and paid Rs ****/- .After so much of followups the person came and fixed. When we used we observed water leakage because it was fixed incorrect position . after so many follow ups and explaining they sent another person , he said its fixed wrongly and it has to be reinstalled. But he is not ready to do entire process because its under warranty and he does not want to do for free. they didnt send the actual person who did wrong installation. So he made temp adjustments and left because he is not getting paid for this. after this also there is a water leakage so i tried to contact team again and explained the problem. They did not care till *-* days even after so many follow ups. finally sent one more person , he is also not ready to do uninstall+install again. he rejected because its under warranty and actual person has to come and do. but team said the actual person is denying so after all these things happend , i said them i need to get it done from scrach that incudes uninstall + install + extra item charges during install + gas reduction because of uninstall and install again, so I asked them I need to do all these so refund amount for all these because its their mistake and they have to fix it completely or bear the charges. But they rejected and said rudely they wont refund. They will only refund amount which I paid. Thats for install, but now all these uninstall, gas leakage and all are due to this mistake , so how can I take the responsibility. And they are saying samething again and againand spoke very rude even after dmaaging wall , work evrything. I want to file complaint against them for cheating me, and making damage.
