I did a indigo flight booking thru Paytm on ** Sept, ****.
I cancelled the flight. Indigo has already processed the payment and I have the screenshot also.
Its been a week and Paytm has not processed my refund yet. Still it is pending at Paytm.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
