I took a room at SGR residency near beml Mysore, this hotel is not listed on Oyo rooms but the board displays Oyo and the rooms are all Oyo themed, the hotel charged me **** for a non ac room and refused to give me any bill/invoice, when asked, they said, they want to evade tax. I want to notify Oyo about these rooms and verify if it is actually registered. Also, I want a full refund for the poor service rendered to me by Oyo.
