I booked a stay at Stanza Co-Living in Ameerpet and vacated the property on April *th **** , following all required procedures for check-out and refund processing. As per their policy, the security deposit refund was to be processed within ** days. However, it has now been over ** days, and I have still not received my refund.
I have made repeated follow-ups through calls and emails, but each time I was either ignored or given empty assurances with no real update or action. This delay is unjustified and unprofessional, and it has caused me mental stress as well as financial loss, especially since I had budgeted with the expectation of getting the deposit back on time.
The lack of transparency and accountability from Stanza Living regarding the refund process is very disappointing. I feel cheated and harassed, and this experience has significantly affected my trust in their services.
The property was located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, and I had complied with all terms of the agreement. Despite this, the company has failed to honor its own policy.
I urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against Stanza Co-Living and help me receive my rightful refund.
