I am corporate employee , I recently visited bangalore and booked the stay for two months (*st December **** to **st Jan ****) , your sales manager(Surjan) was good enough at that time and offered me two months stay in ***** Rupees with **** Rupees discount in next month invoice (January ****). At that time of booking he told me that he made backened settings, there will not be any deduction for my account in term of sepration charges.
There are two issues I am facing .*) I did not get the **** rupees discuount, they added discount in Feburary month invoice but that is of no use because I already left the permisses.*) There is no refund from your side, and sales manager is not responding properly to my request .
Raised Service request with no response just unconclusive response :: SR*****, SR*****
Can you please look into this matter on priority and provide my resolution, Because we are in corporate world and should not do such kind of cheap acts.
