Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - Deposit Refund Not Received

My last date in the property under Nestaway was on **th October ****, and its November *nd **** now. I still have not gotten the deposit refund amount of ***** INR from Nestaway. They had told that I'll get it in *-** days, but these days have already passed by.

I had made a dealing directly with Nestaway and it doesn't matter to me and shouldn't matter to me with whom my deposit is, I need it ASAP.

The following is written on the agreement which was signed by Nestaway and me.
"*. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security Deposit shall not carry any interest. Security Deposit will be
refunded to the Tenant at the time of handover of Property from Tenant to Owner on expiry or termination of
agreement after deducting unpaid charges/damages"

On top of this, the property was off boarded by the owner (since Nestway was not paying the owner too), and I was told by Nestaway to forcibly move out/cut ties from nestaway or find another house in their other property. The notice for this was less than ten days as opposed to their thirty days.

I'm sure they will refund me the amount, but my problem is that enough time had passed, and according to my agreement I should have gotten it on my last working day. I'd heard from other tenants who had moved out months ago from this and other properties managed by Nestaway that, their deposit was still stuck with Nestaway who is keeping it as the middleman and not returning it.

I had given them ** hours to refund my amount, and so far they haven't done anything much that shows that they are working on it.

I have raised multiple tickets with Nestaway, and DM'd on twitter too. I require the entire refund ASAP from Nestaway, and a compensation amount for the grief that caused me a and for the time I wasted talking to them, over calls as well as digitally.
