The company has terminated services at colive Newark, as per your notification of December *, ****, and the last day of your operations in the property is November **, ****, with no notice period.
The deposit sum would also be given to the property owner, according to the notice. The colive is now holding the tenants' deposit money. The business has ceased operations.
The property owner had also submitted an e-mail to the team discussing this issue, but had received no response.
As a result, we respectfully request that you return the entire deposit to the property owner or residents.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
