Mahima filed complaint against Colive on Jul 25, 2020
My deposit was not refunded and no clear reason is being given. They have applied leave notic and lock-in charges which are baseless as I have completed the lock-in period. The customer service is never reachable and email's not replied to.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
