I'm unable to raise a SR# both in the app and on call unable to reach anyone willing to help...My concern as below...
Colive **** Cairo A and B/*** Property was booked by me, after paying a deposit of Rs.****, were deduction of Rs.**** to be levied as maintenance charges in case of not moving and a promised **** deposit as refundable. My move in date was **th Feb, but we were asked to pay this deposit citing increase in rent and deposit charges in Feb. A week before visited the place to confirm thee booking but the allotted room was not same shown ,with windows facing walls. I was asked to visit another property Colive benton but that was with two times food and a limited internet of **GB a month, i would have office usage more than that.I have requested for the deposit to be refunded with the agent and as an e-mail, no response for more than two weeks..Please intervene and resolve at earliest...
