Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - Deposit money not refunded

I was renting house (House ID *****) from Nestaway from Nov **** to Dec * ****. I vacated house and I was ensured that I ll get my deposit money refunded within a month. Unfortunately now it has been two months and my hard earned money is still holded by Nestaway. Even I contacted House owner for this issue and he is also complaining that he has been paid * months rent by Nestaway. I tried to reach customer care, Area manager but no one is helping me out. It is like begging my for own.money . I am helpless not sure whom to contact , whom to seek help :( :(
