I was stay in Colive Apartment Flat(Parimala Riviera, Flat no. G**) on bed sharing basis since *st Dec ****. As per agreement, I have paid *****/- Deposit. I have too pay ****/- Rs. rent and ****/- Rs. for Utility(Electricity Bill, Internet Bill, TV Bill, Gas Bill, House Keeping and Tax). You will see in agreement copy. Till july, they were sending correct invoice as per agreement. From Aug, They were start adding GST. Later they were start adding Electricity bill and Gas bill. At the same time they are charging ****/- Rs. as well for Utility. Then I decided to quit Colive Service and send check out mail to colive in *th oct ****. And check out that property on **st oct ****.
I have not paid rent for october month. Because, they start cheating me with GST, Electricity Bill, Gas Bill etc. I don't want risk of **,***/-Rs.(deposit). So, I told them to adjust with deposit.
Remaining amount, they are not giving back.
