Bewakoof - denying of payment recieved

I had prepaid *** for my shopping of two t shirts at that time payment was successfully done. After few minutes I got another message from bewakoof saying payment failed and the deducted amount will be refunded in my bank account. So, I thought okay they will refund but later when I contacted bewakoof they said they did not receive any money and told me to contact my bank. I inquired my bank they said money was transferred, they even gave me the account number, bank name and irfsc code to which money was transferred. In the account statement also, it shows amount debited. I paid it through google pay upi on the google pay app it also says payment received to bewakoof and payment successful. but bewakoof is denying of payment received and also not giving any proof like account statement. Every time I ask them they tell me to talk with my bank. My bank says to ask them for account statement but bewakoof is not giving it. As I am just a student, and the amount is also high for me, so it is causing serious trouble to me study wise and to my mental and phyical health.
