Agoada - Denied service from hotel with advanced payment

I have booked on *th Jun one day advanced full payment by debit card for hotel booking at Puri on hotel- PP Palace for **th Jun through Agoda.(amount-Rs.****.**) But PP palace hotel fully denied to provide hotel room due to online booking. My booking Id was-*********. Then I have called the customer care no-**********/*********** atleast ** times. But I didn't get any refund or any alternative accommodation at any hotel. I am very much disappointed with this service. Also then I have arranged other property with my family after * hours.
