I have purchased Realme Buds Air * from Flipkart in August ****. It's not been an year buds getting noise and one bud is having lower volume than the other. When i placed the issue with Service centre at A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, he denied service because it just has one scratch and says warranty is void under physical damage. The scratch doesn't even effect the working of the buds
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
