Flipkart - Denied return of a damaged product on flipkart

I had purchased a mobile phone from flipkart.but the given mobile is internally damaged. When i complaint through their customer support they appointed a technician visit. But unfortunately technician had not visited due to unmentioned reason. Technician visit has got cancelled *rd time. I had made call several times. The technician has not picking my call and denying the service. The company denied my product return through this process. I humble request you to take necessary action against this case
