I had booked Oyo Rooms RockWood Resort at Paonta Sahib for *th May **** to *th May ****. On *nd May **** when I reached the hotel travelling from Delhi to Paonta Sahib on *th May **** at *:** pm, manager at reception denied check-in stating there is low tariff issue. The room booked (pay at hotel) for * nights was for INR **** as per Oyo, while hotel staff said they will not accept the check-in as their rooms are of INR **** for each night. If the room had tariff issue, why in the first place Oyo rooms are showing that tariff and accepted the booking as well. On top of it, the customer service of Oyo Rooms doesn't even care about the customer suffering at the time of check-in at the hotel. Oyo Rooms customer service completely denied that they cannot do anything but feel sorry about it. What kind of service is this?
It is mental torture at the time of check-in and you end up wasting time and money for finding another hotel immediately. I request Oyo Rooms to please stop fooling around with the customers and shut down your app. No business like Oyo Rooms has the right to torture customers both mentally and financially.
