Aravind Radhakrishnan filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Nov 10, 2018
Last night I came across a pathetic, irresponsible service of OYO.
My self Aravind Radhakrishnan, Last night I had an OYO booking with hotel Ayodhya Residency (OYO *****), booking ID: UEVD****. Which I confirmed by WhatsApp response and by a phone call as well. I reached the hotel by around **.** midnight ** November. Then they were told that my booking got overbooked and there were no rooms available. This has happened after I confirmed my booking with them. Then I called customer care (no: **********), after some minutes of discussion, the customer care executive informed me that he mad an alternative booking with OYO **** (Half moon residency) and I trusted his words. Then, midnight time I had walked almost * kilometers and reached the hotel informed by customer care representative. Then after hearing the response from the hotel (second hotel), I really wondered with irresponsible service of OYO, there isn't any booking with my name and the rooms were full there.
Then I called the customer care twice, once I explained my situation both the representatives informed me that, they will transfer my call to senior executive, once I said yes, after few seconds they disconnected my call.
Last, then I had to find a hotel by myself. And I paid an almost double fare of what it would have been if I got the room which I booked.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
