I had booked a hotel in Munnar via Yatra.com for my family trip. I had done the payment and the booking got confirmed. On the day of the trip when I contacted the hotel I was informed that they are not working with Yatra and there is no booking confirmed against my name. Then I tried contacting Yatra where I was not able to reach them via call. I had to write emails then for which there is no proper resolution even after ** days. I had a terrible experience as I had my family without a stay option in the tourist spot which made our trip a bad experience. I had to pay extra for another stay which we found after reaching the destination.
