I have ordered a split AC with

Date of installation and registration of warranty: **-Sep-****.
Model number ***IPG**WQ, split AC with the serial numbers
Indoor unit-***IPG**WQI***********, Out door unit-***IPG**WQO***********
*.My AC was not cooling so I lodged a complaint for warranty claim id ******* on **th April ****.
*. The service persons visited * times on **th and **th April **** but did not resolve the issue.They said they need to replace outdoor unit pcb and has ordered the same and will resolve the issue within * days.
*. But time passed, and even after ** days when nobody came, I called customer care they said case is closed.
*. I asked them to reopen the case as they have closed it without resolving the issue on **th April ****.
*. After that even without a single technician visit, they closed the case on *th May **** without resolving the issue.
*.I asked to reopen the issue and it was reopened on *th May ****.
*. No service person visited but they closed the issue on *th May ****, with false remarks "Customer denied repair'
It is unethical and unprofessional behavior by the customer service. Also it is illegal to close a case without technician visit and false remarks that customer has denied repair. In the contrary I as a customer am mailing time and again to repair the AC and resolve the issue.
It is more than ** days and issue is still unresolved, kindly the process to resolve it by * days otherwise the case shall be moved to consumer court.
