I purchased a dell laptop from Paytm on dated **.**.****. In the starting, I have not faced any difficulty for * months. But after some time windows asked to activate it. I call to paytm & told him for this issue. They give me seller contact no. & through Teamviewer, they support me. For this time, the problem was sorted out. But again I am facing the same issue and I visited my friend to show him that whats the issue & he told me that seller sold me product & its windows have crack & it's not genuine. Please help me with this wrong product delivered by Paytm.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
