ST Courier - Delivery service not available for my address location

I have ordered an item from Daily Farmer website and they dispatched my order through ST Courier. After reaching my nearby ST Courier office, a person from ST Courier office called me and asked me to come to office and collect it. I asked them to deliver it to my address because currently I am not in my home and no one else is there to come and collect it from my home. They simply said that we don't have service to your location and suggested some other nearby location.
Actually the distance between my home address and ST Courier office is around *kms only. If they not delivering even *kms surroundings, then why are they running this courier service?
My concerned ST Courier office located in Chinnalapatti, Dindigul. I have received lot of items from this courier. Everytime they asked me to come and collect it from the office only. Even single time they not delivered to my address.
