Subraja filed complaint against ST Courier on Sep 5, 2025
I was supposed to receive a parcel from chennai which was booked on **-Aug and it has reached theni hub on **-Aug as per the tracking shown in the website. I have been trying to reach theni courier office on ********** multiple times just to get the answer as parcel is not received at theni and was asked to call dindigul office, where no one is even answering the phone calls most of the time (**********) and was given another number to contact-********** which is switched off no matter how many times or you try on any day . I reached out to ST courier customer aupport team where they give the same information as I see in website and ask me to wait to get the parcel that particular day itself which is happening from the past * days and the same update was given by irresponsible customer support . This is unneccessarily creating stress as I lost my customers in business due to this irresponsible courier service. I am under total stress where in I lost my own money and also my customer in business.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
