I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a severely damaged courier shipment handled by your service.
On **th May ****, I sent a Samsung TV (old model, estimated value ₹*,***) from Madurai to Chennai via your courier service. The package was handed over in good condition, securely packed to ensure safe transit.
However, upon delivery, the TV was found to be completely damaged — broken into pieces. The extent of the damage suggests gross negligence or mishandling during transportation. This has caused not only financial loss but also significant inconvenience.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
