Delivery of Courier – AWB No. ***********
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the delayed delivery of a courier sent through your service. The parcel, bearing **Bill/AWB No. *************, was dispatched from **Ranipet SIPCOT** on ****th October ******, intended to be delivered to **Chennai – ***** on or before ****th or **th October ****** (before Diwali).
However, the shipment was delivered only on ****rd October ******, which is **five to six days late** and well after Diwali. Because of this delay, we lost an important customer order and faced business loss. Unfortunately, this is not the first time such delays have occurred — it has become a repeated issue, and we are losing valuable customers as a result.
We depend on your courier service for timely deliveries, especially during festive seasons, and such repeated negligence is unacceptable. Kindly investigate the reason for this delay and take necessary action to ensure that it does not happen again.
We request a written explanation for this incident and expect assurance of improved service going forward.
