I've placed the order for "Acer Nitro * **th Gen Intel Core i*-*****H **.*-inch Full HD ***Hz Gaming Laptop (*GB RAM/*** SSD+*TB HHD/W**H/RTX **** Graphics/Shale Black/*.* Kgs/RGB Backlit Keyboard), AN***-**" from Amazon during the Great indian sale and made the payment of Rs. ***** online and opted for exchanging my old laptop which is offered for an exchange value of Rs.****. A person from Amazon came to evaluate the old laptop without any intimation when I was at hospital, thus I informed him to come back after sometime and he said, it's not possible and the only option is to reschedule the exchange evaluation and it'll also reschedule the delivery of the laptop. I agreed for the same as I didn't have an another option. Later on *th of October, a person came to deliver the laptop and he itself rejected the deliver stating that the exchange is not yet happened. When I informed him that the exchange evaluation is rescheduled, he checked and informed that it'snot rescheduledbut cancelled by the representative, thus nothing can be done for this order and they rejected to deliver. I told him, I'll pay the exchange value of Rs.**** but they didn't agree for the same. I've contacted the customer service for the options and they're asking to place a new order by paying another Rs.***** which I can't afford right away. Just because of the mistakes from the Amazon representatives, I couldn't avail the offer and get the laptop.
