Mi Redmi - delivery is not happened as promised

mi redmi *a has ordered through mi.com on **st october ****.
it has not reached me even on *th november.
while tracking xpressbees (tracking number: *************), it reached my town on *rd november, but delivery is not happening.
frequent chats and customer care phones to mi is not giving me any instruction other than "wait".
xpressbees is not picking calls.
