I have ordered USB data cable from Flipkart on **th April and it was mentioned that it will be delivered by **th April. On ** April I get a message by Flipkart that your product delivery is delayed and now it will be delivered by **th April. Till **th April product was not even shipped so I raised a complaint.On **th April I haven't received my product. After this all incident on **th I call the customer care asked for reason of delay they haven't replied regarding that. They were saying that by **th April you will receive a call and they will co-ordinate with you. I said coordinator with me right why should I wait for more days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
