I ordered a phone in exchange. The guy who came to collect my phone intentionally failed the discoloration test and then asked me **** to give him personally. Later when i read what is discoloration test and all i came to know that user should be able to see red white and green colours fully and clearly during the test. Which means the delivery guy intentionally failed the test and tried to scam me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
