The delivery executive didn't know Kannada, which is the state's language. On telling him to learn kannada he asks me if I would teach him. This felt like harassment. That's not a conversation you have with a customer. I feel he asked that only because I'm a girl and I highly doubt this would've happened if it was a guy receiving it. Bad delivery executive.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
