I am drafting this email with great dissatisfaction from the service provided by NCS KIA- Trivandrum branch(near Chakka). I have booked a KIA seltos initially on January *nd ****(by paying *****rs) and after few days I called dealers to change the variant from HTK to HTX diesel which was done without any issues, further to that I got a call from representative(Prasanth from KIA) that if I pay the amount in advance my priority will change and they can deliver car by February **th ****( I received call on February *nd and they had given * day time to pay **.* Lakhs) as a part of that I sold my existing Hyundai I** and arranged loan to pay the whole amount by February *rd ****. Since I did not receive any call from NCS KIA after that I made a follow up and then they started to say that they haven't received any vehicle to deliver. After a couple of days I received another call from the executive that my car is ready to deliver and what accessories I need( i was so happy and told few stuff which I need) .After that I didn't received any car and when I enquired they have told me that your car hasn't arrived yet and due to COVID delivery is not happening,so now its almost * month since I paid the amount and there is no CAR for me. I have to pay ***** for a car loan without having a car in hand by the end of this month.I have only two demands -either to deliver the car by this week or to give me ***** to pay the car loan. I was initially ready for waiting * months but executives made a play here and they accumulated my money and delivered the car to someone else.if any action is not happening I am going to post this in all social platforms and shall lodge a complaint in consumer court regarding the same.
buying a KIA car was my dream and never thought it would result like this.
