My delivery was cancelled as I was unable to pick up the call , instead of attempting delivery again as per policies of amazon they stated that I rejected the order. When contacted the customer service the first agent was trying to patronize me instead of what should have to be done, when asked to transfer my chat to a manger who so ever is the highest authority , I was taken by prem from leadership team of amazon customer service from sowmya who earlier attended my chat , then he dragged about an half or an hour so then finally said we will try and deliver it me. , when asked why he didn't give me such an answer earlier instead of wasting my time , he said it is their policy and proceeding accordingly . But when I said that even attempting the delivery again was your policy he gave me that there are errors in delivering courier services , when asked even when a customer doesn't give his consent in neither way these errors happen , he started to apologise. And finally when asked can i proceed legally he just didn't reply and left the chat.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
