Zomato - Delivery Boy cheated by taking two payments

My friend ordered food from zomato on ** April and pays ***.* for it. And after some time delivery boy named pawan kumar meena upi id **********@ybl came and I go for take food and he tells that payment is not done so I pays *** rupees. I think this is very inhuman behavior. And I think it is routine work of him because he doesn't take payment from number. He take payment from QR code so I couldn't contact him by number. And when I reach to him via phone pe upi id and message him he just ignores the messages.
