Swiggy is not highlighting the address selection before the payment. Unfortunately I have ordered to my old address, and I was trying to cancel the order before it was accepting by the hotel , but there is no option at all..I waited for * min and then one customer care executive came and he told that there is no option to change address if the distance is more than * km. My distance is *.* km from that wrong address. It is not that much distance too. First of all the food is not started to prepare, and delivery boy was not allowed....then what is the difficult to change address ?
I was asking the solution and they simply telling that come to the given address and pick the order. Then what is this need of online food service ? Without taking food my *** rupees gone vain. They don't have solution for these things, and simply taking the cancellation fees of more money.
