ORDER ID: ***-*******-******* I ordered a product (INTEL i*-****K PROCESSOR) on July *, **** and it was delivered on the next day i.e. July * but the product delivered was completely different & used. I called their customer support & they asked to send the pictures of the product received. Firstly, they sent an email stating to upload my photo ID proof to speed up the investigation for which i opposed. Later i mailed again on July ** for the resolution but they asked to wait till July **. On July **, they asked me to share the pictures of all * sides of the product along with product box. After providing pictures, they asked to wait again and on July **, they send an email stating “the images sent by you do not belong to us and the correct product was delivered to you”. I mailed again that how could i accept this useless product and they replied again with the similar mail. Please help as i paid **,***rs from my credit card, & they delivered wrong product to me.
