I ordered a shoes from flipkart and they delivered me a used product on **th September ****. And they did not Mark the order as delivered un their system. I continuously called them till * days then it was marked delivered and aftr that they are not coming to pick the product and their customer care executive disconnects my call and puts me on hold and they are not picking the product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
