Hi Team,
I have ordered product from Myntra,
Order ID # ******* ************** but received with out pricetag And brandtag.
I have opted for product exchange because of Fitting issues, created exchange request. But during pickup pickup agent Rejected pickup saying that price tags were missing. I have raised complaint as pickup rejected And customer executive raised return request for the order. And then my product is not yet pickup And now executive are saying like as per their investigation, pricetags were also shipped for the product And pickup can not be done without pricetags.
I have complained them mentioning that i didnt received pricetags for the product when its delivered, they were not agreeing And kept the pickup on hold.
Now they are not refunding my money nor doing return pickup.
Request you to please help me on getting my money back.
