Amazon 00 - Delivered package was empty

The issue was
*. Recieved the order as dates in a intact box.
*. Opened the box and realised I have been cheated , as the box inside was empty without any thing and have been filled with some plastic bag to make it look and weigh as though product was in it.
*. Immediately I raised to customer service and also raised to the social media team
*. A person from social media team called me to check about this and I answered him all the questions asked.
*. Next day I received a mail sayin as my order was intact amazon can not help. Now I need the proof that the seller has sent the product , I need the photo proof.
I am rally disappointed here as at the end of the day I have lost ** k worth money and have not gotten the product too.
So when the order box was intact and if it's filled with mud Inside does that warrant that order has been delivered??
What is the proof that the product was only kept inside ??? Is this what amazon calls as investigation.
Amazon has been carelessly handling a customer customer and I am cheated here !!!
I have been spending everyday talking to every CS person at amzon only to feel cheated and ignored.
I would really need a response and quick action here .
