I have ordered an iPhone *s silver from flipkart on **-**-**** , when I had on the phone it is asking for existing user id which conforms its a used phone or a theft phone.
The IMEI number on the phone and the invoice are different too.
I had called the customer care but did not got any response from them .
Please help me out.
