hello voxya I enjoyed lot with amazon great india sale along with no cost emi and purchase now pay next year purchased up to ** + k, coming to my issue i purchased nikon dslr camera on sunday got delivered on ** sept ****, i'm happy with offer got camera, dual lens, class ** memory card and a camera bag. i strongly tell that camera bag which i received is not genuine outer layer is well polished they forget to polish inside the pouch to look it as genuine, i'm repeating once again im happy with camera, memory card and with amazon.in service not at all happy with camera bag Now coming to customer care i called * ** pm on sept ** regarding on my issue they told me they are going to fill annotations so that query get solve, for confirmation i called at ** :** pm on ** sept then i came to know that he didn't filled any annotations gave me "false promise" and suggest me to choose below *k nikon camera bag or will refund from *** up to *k. i'm sure nikon will not sell camera bag for *k because of brand value as per my understanding, i want solution my issues by replacing only camera bag for geninue nikon camera bag. For the second time I called to amazon regarding on same still they stick with same **** product and demanding to purchase from the person mansooq and ahemad, i want justice for what i purchased from amazon.in they not at all ready replace with genuine nikon camera bag which has got warrenty. i'm requesting voxya please provide me Justice for what i faced from amazon.in waiting for your valuable inputs
