This order was delivered to me in November ****. The first case was opened for this on **/**/**** as different model was delivered to me. I had ordered Apple iphone ** pro *** gb but Apple iphone se **gb was delivered to me. I have been pursuing the case from **/**/**** itself. Its been more than two months now. Suddenly on **/**/**** flipkart close my case stating multiple return requests of item from my account and also block my flipkart plus account. Before **/**/**** return requests were raised, rejected and raised again multiple times in last two months. At that time there was no such thing as multiple return of items from my account. It suddenly pops on **/**/****. Isnt it really absurd from flipkart’s side to act like this.
Mentally harassing and assaulted by flipkart and monetarily tortured.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
