Flipkart - delivered defected product and missing accessories

i want to make complaint against flipkart and ekart logistic who did fraud to me and take my all money , I had purchased a laptop from flipkart whose order no. od****************** on dated ** oct **** **:**:** but I got the product with manufacturing defect on .I make complaint to the flipkart for its manufacturing defect issue and then flipkart issued me replacement for that laptop which they assured to be delivered on *st November but it did not delivered . I continuously made numerous complaints for not getting my replacement even after deadline of delivery is crossed , I made complaint on all possible channels like facebook , youtube , and twitter even I make telephonic complaint too in which they assure me my replacement will be delivered on *th november but did not delivered , when I made a complaint again they said the same story with new date **th november but in between **th november at ** pm they closed my account and cancelled my replacement
i had paid Rs.***** for hp ** core i* *th gen **q-bu***tu Laptop to from flipkart whose order no. od****************** on dated ** oct **** **:**:** which I got defected , I had number of complaint registered against delay in delivery Incident: in******************* made on sat, ** nov **** **:**:** then again complaint i registered on sun, ** Nov **** **:**:** whose Incident: in******************* another Incident: in*******************
i have all the recordings of telephonic complaints and written complaint data on social media channels and their registered email along complaint number
but now they eat my money which I paid and they send me the defected product and close my account , please help in this matter otherwise I have no option left to move to consumer court.
these flipkart and ekart jointly looted me my money .
