Nalvize filed complaint against Swiggy Instamart on Sep 1, 2025
Ordered the product on **th July but did not use it. Tried to use the product on **th July when I noticed that the pack was already expired. The expiry date was *th July. So an expired product was delivered to me. I sent pictures and asked for a refund but they said I have to raise a complaint within * days of delivery. A product that was supposed to have a * month validity was delivered to me in expired state and their * day policy is insane. I did not go back after months, it was less than w weeks since I received it and they had no courtesy. When I called, they said this complaint can only be picked via email. The email guys keep sending me the same template replies with no proper solution. This is so frustrating. No one calls , even If I call support I get asked to send emails. Absolute nonsense.
