Amazon India - Delivered a used product

I have ordered this product - Reebok shoea-for ₹****. They promised me delivery on **th of october and I have taken prime membership also for this. The product didn't arrive on **th and I have kept on contacting their customer care everyday. And finally when it arrived on **st October, i found that the item was a used one with mud on the sole of the shoe. I asked for a replacement and the they responded saying that they will provide the replacement. They informed that they will collect back the product the very next day. However I had to wait for * days to get the item picked up. Meanwhile their customer support was also very poor. And on *th November they have picked up the product and today on *th November they are saying that they don't have a replacement product.
So they have kept my ₹**** for * weeks without any interest and also promised service as a prime customer also was not met. Now they say they will refund my ₹**** in another * or * days. I don't need the money I need the product for my time, money and patience. Else they should compensate me for this. I need my product or they should return my full prime money also. And for everyone's info, they are doing it for the second time.
