boAt - Delivered a different product of the same brand

I ordered boat airdopes *** but I received *** any think. I returned the product first they didn't accepted but keeping on contacting them they accepted. Finally delivery boy came and took my product on February **th ****.Suddenly on that evening I received a message from ekart that the return was rejected because of missmatch of product. Delivery boy checked every thing about that product and he also checked my flipcart account that how I returned the product. Now the product which received is not with me and my money was not with me. I paid them through online mode. I contacted them number of times but always they are rejecting my request. I ordered the product on January **th **** . It's already more than * month I didn't even used my product. I was requested them a lot by messaging them but their is no response from them. I am requesting a lot to give my product back or to give my money back
