I have been write this email to DTDC.Dear DTDC Customer Service Team,
I am writing to file an urgent complaint and claim regarding a recent shipment that arrived severely damaged.

Item Shipped: LG smart monitor ( model no. **sq***s , ** inch)
Date of Shipment/Pickup:**.**.****
Date of Delivery: **.**.****
Details of Damage:
The LG TV screen was broken/shattered upon opening the package. The damage appears to be due to rough handling or inadequate cushioning during transit.
This item was fragile and adequately packaged for standard transportation. As the damage makes the television completely unusable, I request immediate assistance in processing a claim for the full replacement value of the TV.
Required Action:
Please advise on the necessary steps to file a formal claim (e.g., specific forms required, submission deadline).
Please arrange for a representative to inspect the damaged shipment as soon as possible.
Provide an estimated timeline for the resolution of this claim.
I have attached [ photos/videos] as evidence of the damage to the outer packaging and the broken screen.
Please treat this matter with the highest priority and respond with the next steps immediately.
