My wife, Mrs Preeti Bakshi was booked on flight AI **** Jabalpur-- Delhi on ** Sep **** ,etd ****h. The flight departure timing kept getting delayed and finally the passengers were boarded by ****h. At ****h, all passengers were de-boarded as there was some technical fault. Finally the flight was cancelled.

Mrs Preeti Bakshi had an onward international flight the next day ** Sep **** at ****h, from Delhi To Manila ; Singapore Airlines Flight No Sq *** (delhi-singapore-manila). This was booked through Make My Trip (MMT) vide Booking id NN*************.

I contacted Customer care MMT Pvt ltd at ****h on ** Sep and again * times on ** Sep **. All the times I was informed that there is a way to re schedule the booking to a future date but we did not do it as the difference in fares was very high. I was finally told to again contact them on ** Sep (monday).
Since ****h on **Sep, till now ****h on ** Sep the Make My Trip Customer Care has blocked my calls as I enter the regitered mob number or Booking reference. It is a deliberate malicious cunning move on their part to avoid any service to me.

Deliberate avoidance by the Company is unfair and un professional. my loss is close to **,*** (Return fare **,*** and hotel expenses **,***).

I had also put in a special request at MMT portal on this.The Firm is constantly sending a customised email reply which has no substance. I am complaining to make this Company respond to me and help me in getting a revised booking
