Rahul filed complaint against Delhivery courier on Jan 7, 2019
The product has reached the destination city but the courier refuses to deliver. Customer care tells me that there is a operational issue and they will send people from delhi to kerala to see what is happening at their delivery hub. Pathetic, irresponsible and corrupt practices. Even after terrible logistics and delivery I dont know why ecommerce companies use their services. Still I have not received the shipment I ordered via Pepperfry and shipped by Delhivery.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
