Delhivery courier - Delhivery did not attempt to deliver and on complaint parcel is in the process of being returning

My AWB No:*************** Shipped On **/**/ **** To Rapar (Gujrat) from Mumbai. It Reached The Destination On **th Jan **** Morning As Per The Tracking Details On Your Website But Then On There Are No Updates Regarding The Delivery Of The Shipment. It was Almost * Days being **st Jan **** **:** There were No Updates Neither The Shipment Is Out For Delivery. “Despite More Than * Days Of Reaching The Destination, and expected date of delivery was **/**/****, Delivery Has Not Been Made Neither Updated On Tracking Details” As A Reply To My Email I am informed to ask the buyer to personally come and collect the parcel,
And instead of taking the attempt to deliver the shipment yesterday (**/**/****) It has been sent back to me stating that
"Returned as per shipper's instructions" and shall be delivered back to me by *th Feb ****.,
You people do not have the responsibility of accepting your inefficiency neither apologize for the inconvenience caused to your customer
If for any reasons you cannot deliver the parcel, why do you people pick up such shipments and harass the seller and buyer for no reasons
Such an idiotic reasoning & behavior.
